- 1 onion
- 1 green onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 15g ginger (about the size of 1 garlic clove)
- 1 cup soy sauce (paper cup standard, 180ml)
- 1 cup mirin (paper cup standard, 180ml)
- 2 cups Korean pear juice drink (paper cup standard, 360ml)
- 2/3 cup brown sugar (paper cup standard, approx. 100g)
- 2 tablespoons chunjang or 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon MSG
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons gochugaru (red pepper flakes)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (or perilla oil)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Marinate pork neck with apples, onions, garlic, and seasoning sauce.
