  • Cocktail Shrimp: 15
  • Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Teriyaki Sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Rice: 2 bowls
  • Chicken Stock: 1/2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil: 1/2 tbsp
  • Egg: 1
  • Mayonnaise: To taste

Recipe 🍳

  1. Lightly coat a pan with cooking oil, thinly slice 10 cloves of garlic, and fry until golden brown to make garlic-infused oil.
  2. Add all the ingredients below and stir-fry with the garlic.
  3. 1/4 Onion

  6. Finely diced and added.
  7. 15 Cocktail Shrimp
  8. Push the well-fried ingredients to one side, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce to the empty space in the pan, and burn it to create a smoky flavor.
  9. Add the ingredients below and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
  10. 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
