Ingredients needed 2 servings

Recipe

Cooking tips

  • After pressure cooking, make sure the pressure has fully released before opening the lid, and check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked to the center.
  • If ginseng is unavailable, using only milkvetch root is also delicious.
  • Remove the scorched rice separately to boil, otherwise the broth will be absorbed.
  • Adding plenty of garlic and large green onion garnish enhances the flavor.

Recommended for

  • Those who want to make deeply flavored samgyetang in a short time.
  • Those who want to enjoy chewy chicken texture using a pressure cooker.
  • Those who want a luxurious nourishing dish with added abalone.
