Ttukdak Hyung's Spicy Samgyetang

  • Glutinous rice: 150g (1 cup by paper cup)

  • Garlic: 20g
  • Dried jujubes: 10g
  • Water: 3L
  • Samgyetang pack: 100g
  • Radish: 200g
  • Garlic: 60g
  • Jujubes: 20g
  • Ginseng: 20g
  • Cheongyang chili peppers: 30g
  • Anchovy sauce: 3 spoons
  • Soup soy sauce: 3 spoons
  • Gochugaru
  • Salt
  • Minced garlic: 0.5 spoon
  • Chives
  • Pepper

Recipe 🍳

  1. Soak 150g of thoroughly washed glutinous rice for 3 hours. 1) Glutinous rice: 150g (1 cup by paper cup) 2) Water.
  2. Cut off the vent and wingtips of the chicken with scissors, and scrape out the insides with a spoon to clean it. 1) Chicken.
  3. Wash the chicken thoroughly once, then add the following ingredients. 1) Soaked glutinous rice 2) Garlic: 20g 3) Dried jujubes: 10g.
  4. Make a hole in the thigh and tuck the legs in.
  5. Add the following ingredients to a pot and boil. 1) Water: 3L 2) Samgyetang pack: 100g 3) Radish: 200g 4) Garlic: 60g 5) Jujubes: 20g 6) Ginseng: 20g 7) Cheongyang chili peppers: 30g 8) Anchovy sauce: 3 spoons 9) Soup soy sauce: 3 spoons 10) Gochugaru 11) Chicken.
  6. When the water has reduced by half, season with salt and remove the chicken and solids. 1) Salt.
  7. Transfer the ingredients to an earthenware pot to complete. 1) Broth 2) Boiled chicken 3) Ginseng 4) Minced garlic: 0.5 spoon 5) Chives 6) Pepper.
  8. Add the remaining soaked glutinous rice, chives, and garlic to the broth used for boiling the chicken and simmer to make spicy chicken porridge. 1) Soaked glutinous rice 2) Chives.
