Ingredients needed 6 servings

Recipe

Cooking tips

  • After boiling, immediately transfer the eggs to ice water to cool and peel them easily.
  • Make sure the seasoning is completely cooled before mixing with the meat.
  • If the flour coating is too thick, the breading may separate, so apply it thinly.
  • If you prefer not to fry, you can bake the uncoated mixture at 180°C for 15 minutes, as introduced in the original.

Recommended for

  • Those who want to enjoy soft-boiled eggs and tteokgalbi together.
  • Those who want a crispy fried dish as a side with rice.
