- Plenty of salt

- Generous amount of minced garlic

- Generous amount of tonkatsu sauce
- Generous amount of tomato ketchup
- Coarsely ground black pepper, plenty
- Generous amount of flour
- Generous amount of beaten eggs
- Generous amount of panko breadcrumbs
- Generous amount of morning rolls
- Generous amount of egg salad
- Generous amount of pickles
- A little parsley powder
Recipe 🍳
- Generously sprinkle salt on both sides of the thick steak-cut beef and place it on an oven tray.
- Place the beef in an air fryer set to 100 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 minutes to completely dry the surface moisture.
- While the meat is drying, melt butter in a pan, add minced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
- When the onions become translucent, add milk, tonkatsu sauce, tomato ketchup, and coarsely ground black pepper, bring to a simmer, and complete the sauce.
- Coat the beef taken out of the air fryer evenly with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in that order.
- Fry the meat in oil heated to 160 degrees Celsius until the entire surface turns a deep brown color and becomes crispy.
- Arrange the morning rolls pan-fried in butter, egg salad, and pickles on a plate. Spread the prepared sauce on the bottom, place the steak katsu cut into bite-sized pieces on top, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
- Sprinkle salt on steak-cut beef and dry its surface in a 100-degree air fryer for 25 minutes.
- Add milk, tonkatsu sauce, ketchup, and pepper to sautéed onion and garlic, then boil to make the special sauce.
- Coat the meat with batter, fry in 160-degree oil until golden brown, then serve with morning rolls and sauce.
