  • 1 whole pork neck
  • 1 king oyster mushroom
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp chopped apple
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil as needed
  • Parsley powder to taste

Recipe 🍳

  1. Season the thick whole pork neck generously on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the pork neck in an air fryer preheated to 170°C and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the pork from the air fryer and sear in a pan with a little oil over high heat until the surface is crispy.
  4. In the same pan used for the meat, add the sliced king oyster mushroom and whole garlic cloves, cook until golden, then set aside with the meat on a plate.
  5. In a new pan, add butter, chopped onion, and chopped apple. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. When the sauce begins to thicken, add the whole grain mustard and mix well to complete the apple cream sauce.
  8. Pour the sauce generously over the pork neck steak on the plate, and sprinkle with parsley powder to finish.

  2. Cook the king oyster mushroom and garlic in the meat fat and set on the plate with the meat.
