Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- (per serving)
- (measurement: rice spoon, paper cup)
- bread: 2 slices
- butter: 15g (one piece) + a little
- eggs: 3
- milk: 1/3 cup (60ml)
- green onions: 1–2 tablespoons
- salt: 1/3 tablespoon
- cheese: 2 slices
- bacon: 2 strips
- sliced ham: 1–2 slices
- cabbage: a small handful
- mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
- sriracha sauce: 1 tablespoon
- condensed milk: 1 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Melt 15g (one piece) of butter in a pan, spreading it evenly across the surface to coat the entire pan.
- In a bowl, beat 3 eggs, then add 1/3 cup (60ml) of milk and 1–2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions. Season with 1/3 tablespoon of salt and mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture into the buttered pan. Spread butter on one side of a slice of bread, then place it on top of the egg mixture with the buttered side facing up.
- When the egg is partially cooked, use a plate or lid to flip it over, folding the excess egg that extends beyond the bread back inside the bread.
- Insert your preferred toppings—such as cheese, bacon, cabbage, and ham—between the slices of bread.
- Mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and condensed milk in a 1:1:1 ratio to make the toast sauce. If condensed milk is unavailable, honey can be used as a substitute.
- Melt butter in a pan, mix the egg and green onions, pour into the pan, and place bread on top. Cook both sides until golden brown.
- Fill the cooked bread with generous amounts of cheese, bacon, cabbage, and other desired toppings.
- Serve with a sauce made by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and condensed milk for a rich, flavorful finish.
Cooking tips 💡
- After pouring the egg mixture into the buttered pan and placing the bread on top, once the egg is cooked, fold the edges that extend beyond the bread back inside to create a neat, clean finish.
