  • Breadcrumbs: 200g
  • Milk: 360ml (2 paper cups)
  • Beef: 1.8kg
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper: 1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce: 5 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder: 40g
  • Eggs: 3
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese: 150g
  • Bacon: 300g
  • Onion: 300g
  • Celery: 300g
  • Carrot: 100g
  • Ketchup: 6 tablespoons
  • Sriracha: 3 tablespoons
  • Whole grain mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Recipe 🍳

  1. Soak the following ingredients: 200g breadcrumbs, 360ml milk (2 paper cups).
  2. Grind the following ingredients in an electric grinder: 1.8kg beef, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon pepper, 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 40g garlic powder.
  3. In a pan, cook 300g of bacon. Once some fat is rendered, add the chopped vegetables and sauté until the moisture evaporates. 300g bacon, 300g onion, 300g celery, 100g carrot.
  4. Add the following ingredients to the ground meat and mix: ground meat, soaked breadcrumbs, 3 eggs, 150g Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, sautéed vegetables.
  5. Mix the following ingredients to make the sauce: 6 tablespoons ketchup, 3 tablespoons sriracha, 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard, 2 tablespoons sugar.
  6. Spread the sauce evenly over the meatloaf mixture and bake in a 170-degree oven for a total of 75 minutes to complete! * Apply sauce every 25 minutes.
