- Carrot: 50g
- Onion: 90g
- Garlic: 30g
- Tomato Spaghetti Sauce: 200g
- Basil Rub: 1g (You can add any spice you like)
- Water: 100ml
- Chicken Stock: 1 spoon
- Flour: 2 spoons
- (For 1 No. 1 pie mold)
- Pate Brioche Dough: 160g
- Mozzarella Cheese: 70g
- Egg
Recipe 🍳
- In a pan, add the following ingredients and stir-fry. 30ml cooking oil, 500g beef, 0.5 spoon salt, 0.5 spoon pepper.
- In a chopper, add the following ingredients and chop. 70g celery, 50g carrot, 90g onion, 30g garlic.
- Once the meat is cooked, add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry.
- When the vegetables are cooked, add the following ingredients and simmer until the water reduces by half. 200g tomato sauce, 1g basil rub * You can add any spice you like. 100ml water, 1 spoon chicken stock.
- When the water has reduced by half, add flour to thicken the sauce. 2 spoons flour.
- Line the pie mold with 80g of pate brioche dough and add the following ingredients. No. 1 pie mold, 80g pate brioche dough, stir-fried meat, 70g mozzarella cheese.
- Spread another 80g of pate brioche dough to cover the top, brush with egg wash, and prick with a fork. 80g pate brioche dough, egg.
