  3. To make the Punggi sauce, add the following ingredients to a blender: stir-fried mushrooms, 180ml milk, 180ml heavy cream, 1 tablespoon chicken stock, 0.5 tablespoon salt.

  6. Add the stir-fried vegetables to the meat mixture, mix well, then shape into balls.
