• Carrots or fresh parsley may release too much moisture; avoid using them or use dried versions instead.
• Do not press the meat mixture too hard into the pan, as it may not come out cleanly later—shape it gently while packing.
• Never slice the meatloaf immediately after removing it from the oven—it will crumble. Wait until it’s lukewarm or cold for clean, neat slices.
