  • Green onion: 2 stalks
  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 3
  • Perilla leaves: 10 leaves
  • Perilla seed powder: 2 spoons
  • Sesame seeds: a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Spread 1kg of duck loin thinly without clumping, add all the ingredients below, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for about a day.
  2. 5 spoons of mirin
  3. 5 spoons of soy sauce
  4. 1 spoon of sugar
  5. 1/2 spoon of pepper
  6. 1 spoon of doenjang
  7. 1 onion
  8. Slice the onion and add.
  9. 100g of whole garlic (approx. 20 cloves)
  10. 2 stalks of green onion
