- 2 blocks Tofu
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1-2 Scallions
- 2 cups Pork
- 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 1 tablespoon Doenjang
- 2 tablespoons Gochugaru
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup Water
Recipe 🍳
- Slice the tofu into 1-1.5cm thick pieces, pat dry, and season with salt.
- Heat cooking oil and scallions in a pan over low heat to make scallion oil.
- Add pork and black pepper, cook until done, then slightly reduce soy sauce on one side of the pan and mix.
- Add gochugaru, sugar, gochujang, doenjang, and mirin, and stir-fry over low heat to release the aroma of the seasonings.
- Add minced garlic and water to dissolve the seasonings, then place the tofu in a single layer.
- Top with shredded onion, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Finish with scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
- Slice tofu thickly and season.
- Stir-fry pork and soy sauce in scallion oil.
- Stir-fry the gochujang seasoning, then add water.
- Add tofu and onion, and simmer for 20 minutes.
