Ingredients needed 🛒4 servings
- (Based on 500g bean sprouts)
- 1 cup water (180ml)
- 8-10 tablespoons minced green onion
- 1/3 tablespoon beef bouillon powder
Recipe 🍳
- Julienne 150g of radish (1/10 of a radish) into uniform thickness.
- You can also use a mandoline slicer.
- Place the julienned radish in a bowl, add 5 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, mix well, and let it salt for about 1-2 hours.
- Drain the salted radish in a sieve.
- Add 500g of bean sprouts and the ingredients below to a pot and boil the bean sprouts on high heat for exactly 3-4 minutes.
- 1 piece dried kelp
- 1 cup water (180ml)
- Immediately drain the boiled bean sprouts and soak them in ice water to maintain their crispness.
- Drain the bean sprouts from the water, squeeze out excess moisture, add the salted radish, and season with the ingredients below, mixing gently.
- 4 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- Julienne 150g of radish (1/10 of a radish) into uniform thickness.
