  • (Based on 500g bean sprouts)
  • 1 cup water (180ml)
  • 8-10 tablespoons minced green onion
  • 1/3 tablespoon beef bouillon powder

Recipe 🍳

  1. Julienne 150g of radish (1/10 of a radish) into uniform thickness.
  2. You can also use a mandoline slicer.
  3. Place the julienned radish in a bowl, add 5 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, mix well, and let it salt for about 1-2 hours.
  4. Drain the salted radish in a sieve.
  5. Add 500g of bean sprouts and the ingredients below to a pot and boil the bean sprouts on high heat for exactly 3-4 minutes.
  6. 1 piece dried kelp
  7. 1 cup water (180ml)
  8. Immediately drain the boiled bean sprouts and soak them in ice water to maintain their crispness.
  9. Drain the bean sprouts from the water, squeeze out excess moisture, add the salted radish, and season with the ingredients below, mixing gently.
  10. 4 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
