Ttukdak Hyung's Dolsot Bibimbap

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • Shredded radish: 300g
  • Oligosaccharide: 4 spoons
  • Vinegar: 2 spoons
  • Red pepper powder: 1 spoon
  • Anchovy sauce: 1 spoon
  • Cooking oil: 10ml
  • Pork belly (thinly sliced): 400g
  • Water: 50ml
  • Gochujang: 3 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 spoon
  • Corn syrup: 1 spoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 spoon
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice
  • Bean sprouts
  • Carrot
  • Zucchini
  • Seaweed flakes
  • Egg
  • Sesame seeds

Recipe 🍳

  1. Marinate 300g of shredded radish with 4 spoons of oligosaccharide for 30 minutes. 300g shredded radish, 4 spoons oligosaccharide.
  2. After 30 minutes, drain the water from the shredded radish and mix with the following ingredients. Shredded radish, 2 spoons vinegar, 1 spoon red pepper powder, 1 spoon anchovy sauce.
  3. Stir-fry the following ingredients in a pan. 10ml cooking oil, 400g pork belly (thinly sliced).
  4. Once the meat is cooked, chop it finely, then add the following ingredients and stir-fry. 50ml water, 3 tbsp gochujang, 1 spoon red pepper powder, 1 spoon sugar, 1 spoon corn syrup, 1 spoon minced garlic.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil in the stone pot and top with the following ingredients to complete! Sesame oil, rice, stir-fried vegetables, blanched bean sprouts, marinated radish, gochujang pork, seaweed flakes, fried egg, sesame seeds, sesame oil.

  2. Cook or mix the main ingredients with seasoning.
  3. Serve over rice and garnish to finish.
