Ttukdak Hyung's Cheesy Dolsot Bibimbap

  • Shredded radish: 150g
  • Oligosaccharide: 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder: 1 tbsp
  • Anchovy sauce: 0.5 tbsp
  • Cooking oil: 1 tbsp
  • Zucchini: 50g
  • Salt: 0.1 tbsp
  • Minced beef: 100g
  • Green onion: 20g
  • Gochujang: 2 tbsp
  • Oligosaccharide: 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
  • Rice: 300g
  • Mozzarella cheese: 120g
  • Sweet corn: 30g
  • Flying fish roe: 1 tbsp
  • Parsley

Recipe 🍳

  1. Marinate 150g of shredded radish with 2 tbsp of oligosaccharide for 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, drain the water from the radish and mix with the following ingredients: 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chili powder, 0.5 tbsp anchovy sauce.
  3. Stir-fry the following ingredients in a pan for exactly 10 seconds: 1 tbsp cooking oil, 50g zucchini, 0.1 tbsp salt.
  4. After 10 seconds, remove the zucchini and stir-fry the following ingredients in the pan: 1 tbsp cooking oil, 100g minced beef, 20g green onion.
  5. Once the beef is cooked, turn off the heat and mix in the following ingredients: 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
  6. Assemble the ingredients in the pot: 1 tbsp sesame oil, 300g rice, stir-fried zucchini, 60g mozzarella cheese, 30g sweet corn, beef-gochujang mixture, 60g mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp flying fish roe, parsley. * Melt the cheese and mix before eating!
  1. Prepare the ingredients to accompany the rice.
  2. Cook or mix the main ingredients with seasoning.
  3. Serve over rice and add toppings to complete the dish.
