  • Anchovy sauce: 100ml
  • Vinegar: 3 tablespoons
  • Plum extract: 4 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons

  • Minced garlic: 2 tablespoons
  • Shredded onion: 150g
  • Green onion: 100g
  • Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons

Recipe 🍳

  1. Make the seasoning sauce. Pour gochugaru into a container. Add anchovy sauce. Add vinegar. Add plum extract. Add oligosaccharide. Add sesame oil. Add sesame seeds. Add minced garlic. Add chopped green onion. Add shredded onion. Mix well and it's done. Close the lid and let it mature in the refrigerator for one day.
  2. Make the spring cabbage geotjeori. Wash the spring cabbage thoroughly under running water and place it in a bowl. Add the seasoning sauce. Mix well and the spring cabbage geotjeori is complete. 3-1. Make fresh radish salad using the geotjeori seasoning sauce. Shred the radish using a slicer. Add the seasoning sauce to the shredded radish. Mix well and it's complete. 3-2. Make chive salad using the geotjeori seasoning sauce. Chop and prepare the chives. Place the chives in a bowl and add the seasoning sauce on top. Mix well and it's complete.
  3. Make the spring cabbage bibimbap. Lightly oil a frying pan. Fry an egg. Prepare the rice and top it with the spring cabbage geotjeori. Add the fresh radish salad. Add the chive salad. Top with the fried egg. Drizzle with sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix well and it's complete.
