• 1 whole hairtail, cut into pieces
• 300g radish
• 1/2 onion
• 1/2 stalk green onion
• 2 cheongyang chili peppers
• 1 red chili pepper
• 1 tbsp soup soy sauce
• 3 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1/8 tbsp minced ginger
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 2 tbsp soju
• 1 tbsp flour (for cleaning)
• 600ml water
