Recipe

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey, red pepper powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create a tangy-sweet dipping sauce.

Slice potatoes thinly, soak in salt water, then squeeze out moisture; separately sauté beef short rib and chives.
Fry the potato slices in oil on both sides until golden and crisp like toast.
Fill the cooked pancakes with the sautéed beef and chives to finish.
