- Water: 1L
- Myeolchi Kalguksu Ramen Seasoning
- Gochugaru: 2 spoons
- Gukganjang: 1 spoon
- Gochujang: 1 spoon
- Minced garlic: 1 spoon
- Black pepper: 0.2 spoons
- Potato: 120g
- Mandu-pi: 120g
- Aehobak: 150g
- Odeng: 150g
- Two eggs
- Green onion: 50g
- Cheongyang chili pepper: 20g
- Crushed seaweed
- Sesame seeds
Recipe 🍳
- Sprinkle green onions on top.
- Sprinkle Cheongyang chili peppers on top.
- Sprinkle crushed seaweed on top.
- Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds.
- To make Spicy Odeng Kaljebi: Pour water into a pot. Add myeolchi kalguksu ramen seasoning to the pot. Add gochugaru to the pot. Add gukganjang to the pot. Add gochujang to the pot. Add minced garlic to the pot. Add black pepper to the pot. Add potatoes to the pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Add kalguksu noodles to the pot. Add sujebi to the pot. Add aehobak to the pot. Add odeng to the pot and boil until the noodles are cooked. Whisk and drizzle in the eggs.
- Make a seasoned broth by boiling water with anchovy kalguksu soup base, red pepper powder, soy sauce, and gochujang.
- Add potatoes, dumpling wrappers, fish cakes, and zucchini, then boil until the noodles are cooked.
- Finally, add beaten egg, and top with green onions and chili peppers to finish.
