  • Cooking oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Fish cake: 150g
  • Water: 1 cup (180ml)
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Anchovy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Gochugaru: 2 tablespoons
  • Gochujang: 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
  • Oligosaccharide (or corn syrup): 3 tablespoons
  • Black pepper: a pinch
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Cheongyang chili peppers: 2
  • Green onion: 1 stalk
  • Sesame seeds: a pinch

Recipe 🍳

  1. Prepare 3 potatoes, cut them into appropriate sizes, and soak them in cold water for about 1 hour to remove excess starch.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil and 4 tablespoons of sesame oil to a pan, then add the drained potatoes and stir-fry.
  3. After stir-frying the potatoes slightly, add 150g of fish cake cut into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry with the potatoes until their surfaces turn a golden brown.
  4. Add 1 cup of water (180ml, based on a paper cup) and mix the following ingredients to make the seasoning sauce, then add it. 1) Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons 2) Anchovy sauce: 2 tablespoons 3) Gochugaru: 2 tablespoons 4) Gochujang: 1 tablespoon 5) Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon 6) Oligosaccharide: 3 tablespoons 7) Black pepper: a pinch.
