- agar powder as needed
- water as needed
- sugar as needed
- honey as needed
- red bean paste (sweetened) as needed
Recipe 🍳
- In a pot, add measured water, agar powder, sugar, and honey, and simmer over low heat.
- Add red bean paste to the dissolved agar mixture and stir with a spatula until smooth.
- Pour the smooth red bean mixture into prepared yanggaeng molds.
- Place the molds in the refrigerator and let set until firm.
- Once fully set, remove from molds and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Add water, agar powder, sugar, and honey to a pot and simmer over low heat.
- Add red bean paste, stir until smooth, then pour into molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then slice.
