  • water as needed
  • sugar as needed
  • honey as needed
  • red bean paste (sweetened) as needed

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a pot, add measured water, agar powder, sugar, and honey, and simmer over low heat.
  2. Add red bean paste to the dissolved agar mixture and stir with a spatula until smooth.
  3. Pour the smooth red bean mixture into prepared yanggaeng molds.
  4. Place the molds in the refrigerator and let set until firm.
  5. Once fully set, remove from molds and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  1. Add water, agar powder, sugar, and honey to a pot and simmer over low heat.
  2. Add red bean paste, stir until smooth, then pour into molds.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then slice.
