- agar powder (appropriate amount)
- water (appropriate amount)
- sugar (appropriate amount)
- honey (appropriate amount)
- white bean paste (appropriate amount)
- matcha milk (appropriate amount)
Recipe 🍳
- In a pot, add water, agar powder, sugar, and honey, and simmer gently over low heat.
- To the boiled agar mixture, add white bean paste and matcha milk, stirring well to dissolve any lumps.
- Pour the matcha bean paste base into yanggaeng molds, filling them without gaps.
- Place the filled molds in the refrigerator to chill and set until firm and cold.
- Once fully set, remove from molds and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil water with agar powder, sugar, and honey over low heat.
- Add white bean paste and matcha milk, stir, and pour into molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator, then cut into appropriate sizes.

- When stirring the bean paste, continuously scrape the bottom with a spatula to prevent sticking to the pot.
- For a stronger flavor and color, add a small amount of commercial matcha powder.
