  • Radish: 3kg
  • Oligosaccharide: 180ml
  • Salted salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes: 90g
  • Vinegar: 90ml
  • Anchovy sauce: 90ml
  • Plum extract: 50ml
  • Sesame oil: 50ml
  • Sesame seeds: 5 tablespoons
  • Minced garlic: 1T
  • Green onion: 100g
  • Water: 700ml
  • Anchovy-kelp stock pack
  • Radish: 100g
  • Kimchi: 200g
  • Oyster mushrooms: 100g
  • Shiitake mushrooms: 30g
  • Onion: 70g
  • Cheonggukjang: 190g
  • Doenjang: 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes: 1 tablespoon
  • Zucchini: 150g
  • Tofu: 300g
  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 30g
  • Rice
  • Radish salad
  • Egg
  • Cheonggukjang

Recipe 🍳

  1. Make the radish salad. Slice the radish with a mandoline. Add oligosaccharide. Add salted salt. Mix and let it sit for an hour. Drain the water that comes out while it sits using a sieve. Add red pepper flakes to the drained radish. Add vinegar. Add anchovy sauce. Add plum extract. Add sesame oil. Add sesame seeds. Add minced garlic. Add green onion. Mix well and finish.
  2. Make the cheonggukjang. Add water and the anchovy-kelp stock pack to a pot. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove the stock pack. Add grated radish. Add kimchi. Add oyster mushrooms. Add shiitake mushrooms. Add onion. Bring to a boil, then add the cheonggukjang. Add doenjang. Add red pepper flakes. Add zucchini. Add tofu. Add green onion and boil to finish.
  3. Make the Musaengchae Cheonggukjang Bibimbap. Place the radish salad on top of the rice. Add a fried egg. Add the cheonggukjang. Mix well and finish.
