  • Minced ginger
  • Soju: 360ml (approx. 2 paper cups)
  • Oyster mushrooms: 50g
  • Shiitake mushrooms: 15g
  • Enoki mushrooms: 100g
  • Green onions: 150g
  • Cheongyang peppers: 20g
  • Sundae: 150g
  • Beef bone broth: 500ml
  • Doenjang: 2 tbsp
  • Gochujang: 0.5 tbsp
  • Mirin: 3 tbsp
  • Soup soy sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Fine gochugaru (chili powder): 5 tbsp
  • Beef Dashida (seasoning): 1 tbsp
  • Minced garlic: 3 tbsp
  • Perilla leaves (young): 70g
  • Chives: 60g
  • Perilla seed powder: 3 tbsp

Recipe 🍳

  1. Marinate 1kg of boiled pork intestines with the following ingredients and refrigerate for about a day. 1kg pork intestines, minced ginger, 360ml soju (approx. 2 paper cups).
  2. After a day, drain the intestines and place the following ingredients in a pot. 50g oyster mushrooms, 15g shiitake mushrooms, 100g enoki mushrooms, 150g green onions, 20g Cheongyang peppers, 150g sundae.
  3. Add the following ingredients and season. 500ml beef bone broth, 2 tbsp doenjang, 0.5 tbsp gochujang, 3 tbsp mirin, 3 tbsp soup soy sauce, 5 tbsp fine gochugaru, 1 tbsp beef Dashida, 3 tbsp minced garlic.
  4. Once the broth starts boiling, add the following ingredients and cook until wilted to complete the dish! 70g young perilla leaves, 60g chives, 3 tbsp perilla seed powder.
