- Saengsaeng Udon: 1 pack
- Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
- Kimchi: 2 leaves (100g)
- Gochugaru: 1 tablespoon
- Gochujang: 1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1/2 tablespoon
- Water: 2.5 cups (based on paper cup, 430ml)
- Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Eomuk: 2 pieces
- Green onion: 1/2 stalk
- Cheongyang pepper: 2
- Enoki mushroom: a little
- Crown daisy: a little
Recipe 🍳
- Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a ttukbaegi (earthenware pot) and stir-fry the ingredients below.
- 2 leaves (100g) of kimchi
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry.
- 1 tablespoon of gochugaru
- 1/2 tablespoon of gochujang
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- Add the ingredients below to the well-stir-fried kimchi and boil.
- 2.5 cups (based on paper cup, 430ml) of water
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- Saengsaeng Udon udon sauce
- Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a ttukbaegi (earthenware pot) and stir-fry the ingredients below.
