- Chinese cabbage : 400g
- pork belly : 600g
- green onion : 300g
- salt

- scallion : 50g
- chives : 20g
- vinegar : 3 tablespoons
- soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- red pepper powder : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 1 tablespoon
- honey : 2 tablespoons
- sesame oil : 2 tablespoons
- minced garlic : 1 tablespoon
- doenjang : 1 tablespoon
- water : 700ml
- kimchi : 300g
- red pepper powder : 3 tablespoons
- squid sauce : 4 tablespoons
- instant broth : 0.5 tablespoon
- tofu : 300g
Recipe 🍳
- Lay 300g of onion and 80g of garlic on the bottom of a pot.
- Stack 400g of Chinese cabbage, 600g of pork belly, and 300g of green onion on top in order, then cut into four equal parts.
- Season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid, and simmer until tender.
- Mix 50g of scallion, 20g of chives, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of doenjang to make the sauce.
- Add 700ml of water, 300g of kimchi, 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 4 tablespoons of squid sauce, 0.5 tablespoon of instant broth, and 300g of tofu to the leftover braised pork and simmer to enjoy as a stew.
- Place onions and garlic at the bottom of a pot, then layer Chinese cabbage, pork belly, and green onions on top. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer.
- Combine scallion, chives, vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper powder, and other ingredients to make a spicy and tangy sauce.
- Dip the well-cooked green onion braised pork into the sauce, and use the remaining pork to make a spicy stew with kimchi and tofu.
