Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- scallion (white part) 2 stalks
- thin-sliced pork belly 150g
Recipe 🍳
- Select the tender, sweet white part of the scallions and cut into bite-sized pieces (about 3 cm).
- Lay out a slice of thin pork belly and wrap it around a piece of scallion like a bandage, rolling it up.
- Thread the wrapped scallions onto stainless steel chopsticks (or meat skewers) in order.
- Arrange the skewers side by side in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 180°C until the meat is golden and crispy, then serve.
- Cut the white part of scallions into 3 cm pieces.
- Wrap each scallion piece with a slice of thin pork belly.
- Thread onto stainless steel chopsticks and air fry at 180°C until golden brown.

- If you don't have metal skewers, regular stainless steel chopsticks work great. If using wooden chopsticks, soak them in water first to prevent burning.
