  • scallion (white part) 2 stalks
  • thin-sliced pork belly 150g

Recipe 🍳

  1. Select the tender, sweet white part of the scallions and cut into bite-sized pieces (about 3 cm).
  2. Lay out a slice of thin pork belly and wrap it around a piece of scallion like a bandage, rolling it up.
  3. Thread the wrapped scallions onto stainless steel chopsticks (or meat skewers) in order.
  4. Arrange the skewers side by side in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook at 180°C until the meat is golden and crispy, then serve.
