  • Doenjang: 3 tablespoons
  • Gochujang: 2 tablespoons
  • Gochugaru: 2 tablespoons

Recipe 🍳

  1. Finely chop 250g of fried tofu and stir-fry it with 1 green onion in a dry pan without oil over low heat for a long time, drying out the moisture from the green onion and tofu.
  2. Thinly slice 1 green onion and add it.
