  • Chili powder: 5 spoons
  • Anchovy sauce: 5 spoons

  • Minced garlic: 2 spoons
  • Beef stock powder: 1 spoon
  • Black pepper: 0.3 spoons
  • Cooking oil
  • Tofu: 300g
  • Napa cabbage: 120g
  • Onion: 60g
  • Green onion: 100g
  • Oyster mushroom: 60g
  • Shiitake mushroom: 60g
  • Mizuna: 80g
  • Cheongyang pepper: 15g
  • Beef bone broth: 500ml
  • Water: 180ml (1 paper cup)
  • Glass noodles: 50g
  • Crown daisy: 20g

Recipe 🍳

  1. Marinate 300g of bulgogi beef with the following ingredients: 300g bulgogi beef, 300g octopus, 5 spoons chili powder, 5 spoons anchovy sauce, 5 spoons mirin, 2 spoons soy sauce, 2 spoons sugar, 2 spoons minced garlic, 1 spoon beef stock powder, 0.3 spoons black pepper.
  2. Grease a pan with cooking oil and pan-fry bite-sized tofu until golden brown. Cooking oil, 300g tofu.
  3. Place the following ingredients in a pot: 120g napa cabbage, 60g onion, 100g green onion, 60g oyster mushroom, 60g shiitake mushroom, 80g mizuna, marinated bulgogi, 15g Cheongyang pepper, fried tofu, 500ml beef bone broth, 180ml water (1 paper cup).
  4. Once the water starts boiling, add the following ingredients to your preference and boil once more to finish! 50g soaked glass noodles. *You can also add udon or ramen noodles according to your taste. 20g crown daisy.
  1. Marinate beef and octopus in a mixture including gochugaru (red pepper powder).
  2. Pan-fry tofu until golden brown, then add vegetables, marinated ingredients, and broth to a pot and boil.
  3. Add glass noodles or other toppings as desired for a hearty meal.
