- King oyster mushroom: 80g

- Gochugaru: 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 0.3 tbsp
- Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
- Onion: 120g
- Zucchini: 60g
- Bok choy: 50g
- Red chili pepper: 15g
- Cheongyang chili pepper: 4g
- Water: 600ml
- Potato starch: 2 tbsp
- Tofu: 300g
- Cooked rice

Recipe 🍳
- Add the ingredients below to a pot and stir-fry quickly over high heat. 3 tbsp cooking oil, 300g chadolbagi, 100g green onion, 80g king oyster mushroom, 40g shiitake mushroom, 80g potato.
- When the meat is cooked, add the ingredients below and stir-fry quickly. 2 tbsp homemade doenjang, 0.5 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp jinganjang, 1 tbsp gochugaru, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 0.3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 120g onion, 60g zucchini, 50g bok choy, 15g red chili pepper, 4g cheongyang chili pepper.
