- Frozen apple mango: 1kg
- Fresh apple mango: 1-2ea
- Milk: 400ml
- Sweetened condensed milk: 180ml (1 cup by paper cup standard)
- Heavy cream: 90ml (1/2 cup by paper cup standard)
- Water: 90ml (1/2 cup by paper cup standard)
- Coconut milk: 400ml
Recipe 🍳
- Combine the ingredients below in a large bowl, mix well, then put them in a zip-top bag and freeze flat in the freezer.
- 400ml milk
- 180ml sweetened condensed milk (1 cup by paper cup standard)
- 90ml heavy cream (1/2 cup by paper cup standard)
- 90ml water (1/2 cup by paper cup standard)
- Add 400ml of coconut milk to 1kg of frozen apple mango and cook while mashing the mango to make mango jam.
- Chill the finished mango jam in the refrigerator.
- The finished mango jam can be enjoyed even more deliciously when used to make smoothies, ade, or yogurt.
- Shave the frozen milk with a knife, pile it in a bowl in a mountain shape, then top with bite-sized pieces of apple mango, and stack one scoop of milk ice and one scoop of mango jam to complete.
