  • Fresh apple mango: 1-2ea
  • Milk: 400ml
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 180ml (1 cup by paper cup standard)
  • Heavy cream: 90ml (1/2 cup by paper cup standard)
  • Water: 90ml (1/2 cup by paper cup standard)
  • Coconut milk: 400ml

Recipe 🍳

  1. Combine the ingredients below in a large bowl, mix well, then put them in a zip-top bag and freeze flat in the freezer.
  2. 400ml milk
  3. 180ml sweetened condensed milk (1 cup by paper cup standard)
  4. 90ml heavy cream (1/2 cup by paper cup standard)
  5. 90ml water (1/2 cup by paper cup standard)
  6. Add 400ml of coconut milk to 1kg of frozen apple mango and cook while mashing the mango to make mango jam.
  7. Chill the finished mango jam in the refrigerator.
  8. The finished mango jam can be enjoyed even more deliciously when used to make smoothies, ade, or yogurt.
  9. Shave the frozen milk with a knife, pile it in a bowl in a mountain shape, then top with bite-sized pieces of apple mango, and stack one scoop of milk ice and one scoop of mango jam to complete.
