Recipe

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 1/2 cup tapioca pearls, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, let them steam for 5 minutes, then drain the pearls and toss with 1 tablespoon sugar. Let cool.
Place 1.67 cups canned mangosteen (with a little syrup) into a blender.
Add 1/4 cup coconut milk, 0.5 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk, and crushed ice.
Blend until smooth to create the drink base.
Place the sugar-coated tapioca pearls into a serving glass.
Pour the blended mangosteen coconut drink over the pearls to finish.

Cook tapioca pearls, let them steam, then toss with sugar and cool.
Blend mangosteen, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and ice.
Put pearls in a glass and pour the drink over them.

Cooking tips
