Seonkyoung Longest's Serrano Pepper Pork Stir-Fry

Pork shoulder is marinated and stir-fried over high heat, then soy sauce is drizzled around the edge of the pan for a smoky aroma and serrano peppers are added for a spicy finish.

  • Rather than pouring the soy sauce directly over the meat, drizzle it around the edges of the hot pan to evaporate it immediately, which brings out a smoky aroma.
