Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- rice 1 bowl
- bacon 2 slices
- carrot 1/4 piece
- onion 1/4 piece
- paprika 1/4 piece
- egg 4 pieces
- butter 1 piece
- sausage 1 piece
- tonkatsu sauce 3 tablespoons
- mustard sauce 1 tablespoon
- oligodextrin 1 tablespoon
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- water 3 tablespoons
Recipe 🍳
- Chop bacon, carrot, onion, and paprika into small pieces suitable for cooking.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped ingredients until golden brown.
- Add rice and stir-fry sauce to the sautéed vegetables, mixing well while frying. Transfer to a plate and shape it neatly.
- In a small pot, combine tonkatsu sauce, mustard sauce, oligodextrin, pepper, and water. Simmer briefly to make the homemade sauce.
- In a bowl, beat 4 eggs with salt until smooth. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan and cook gently to achieve a moist, soft-scrambled texture. Place it over the rice.
- Cut deep crisscross patterns into the grilled sausage and place it on top as a garnish. Generously pour the prepared sauce over the dish to finish.
- Dice vegetables and bacon, then stir-fry with rice and sauce to make fried rice.
- Boil tonkatsu sauce, mustard, oligodextrin, and water together to prepare the homemade sauce.
- Pour beaten eggs into a buttered pan and cook them gently to create a moist, soft texture. Gently place them over the rice.
- Top with grilled sausage and generously drizzle with sauce to complete.
Cooking tips 💡
- Do not fully cook the eggs—place them on the rice while still slightly moist on the surface to preserve a soft texture.
- Make fine grid-like cuts into the sausage before grilling so it cooks through evenly and looks much more appealing.
