Cooking tips

  • Since soybean sprouts release plenty of moisture, it's best not to add too much water at the beginning.
  • You can also use thinly sliced beef brisket (chadolbagi), thinly sliced beef short plate (woosamgyeop), or thinly sliced pork belly.
  • For the last step, enjoy the remaining broth by adding rice, roasted seaweed flakes, and sesame oil to make fried rice.

Recommended for

  • Those preparing a generous spread for guests with impressive visuals.
  • Those who enjoy meat dishes with a sweet and spicy sauce.
