Chinese Cuisine Witch's Hyangra Galbi

A spicy and crispy rib dish made by marinating pork ribs, frying them, and then stir-frying with aromatic vegetables and hyangchwi peppers.

Ingredients needed 4 servings

Cooking tips

  • The longer the marinating time, the more tender the meat; at least 4 hours, and if possible, overnight is best.
  • When frying, if the oil temperature is too low, the crispiness decreases, so maintain an optimal temperature of 170-180°C.
  • If using garlic, it burns easily, so it's best to add it at the final stage of stir-frying.
  • Adding cooking wine while stir-frying creates a steaming effect that helps the dry seasoning adhere better to the meat.

Recommended for

  • Those looking for a beer snack.
  • Those wanting a special rib dish.
  • Those considering a main dish for a home party.
