  • Beef tartare: 150g
  • Cabbage
  • Green onion
  • Bean sprouts
  • Plum extract: 3 spoons
  • Soy sauce: 3 spoons
  • Gochujang: 2 spoons
  • Sesame oil: 2 spoons
  • Minced garlic: 1 spoon
  • Sesame seeds: 1 spoon
  • Peanut butter: 1 spoon
  • Rice
  • Lettuce
  • Perilla leaves
  • Seaweed flakes
  • Egg yolk
  • Sesame seeds

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl, combine the following ingredients and season: 1) 150g beef tartare 2) Cabbage 3) Green onion 4) Blanched bean sprouts 5) 3 spoons plum extract 6) 3 spoons soy sauce 7) 2 spoons gochujang 8) 2 spoons sesame oil 9) 1 spoon minced garlic 10) 1 spoon sesame seeds 11) 1 spoon peanut butter.
  2. Place the following ingredients on top of the rice to complete the dish: 1) Lettuce 2) Perilla leaves 3) Seasoned beef tartare 4) Seaweed flakes 5) Egg yolk 6) Sesame seeds.
  1. Prepare the ingredients and seasoning to be placed on the rice.
  2. Cook the main ingredients in a pan or pot and season.
  3. Top with warm rice, add garnishes or sauce, and serve.
