Ttukdak Hyung's Sea Squirt Bibimbap

- Sea squirt
- Cheongyang chili pepper
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Plum extract: 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
- Minced garlic: 0.5 tablespoon
- Seasoned seaweed: 12g
- Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
- Rice
- Lettuce
- Chives
- Scallions
- Radish sprouts
Recipe 🍳
- First, prepare the sea squirt. 1) Cut the sea squirt in half along the opening and anus (shaped like + and -). 2) Cut off the root part of the sea squirt. 3) Separate the sea squirt flesh and scrape out the S-shaped internal organs with your hand or a knife. 4) Rinse the prepared sea squirt in ice water once before use.
- Place the following ingredients in a plastic bag and crush them. 1) 12g seasoned seaweed 2) 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
- Add rice to the prepared seaweed flakes and mix.
- Add the following ingredients to the sea squirt and mix. 1) Cheongyang chili pepper 2) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 3) 2 tablespoons plum extract 4) 2 tablespoons sesame oil 5) 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic.
- Assemble the dish in a bowl to complete. 1) Rice 2) Lettuce 3) Chives 4) Sea squirt 5) Scallions 6) Radish sprouts.
- Prepare the ingredients and seasoning to be placed on top of the rice first.
- Cook the main ingredients in a pan or pot to adjust the seasoning.
