- Tofu: 2 blocks
- Cooking oil: plenty
- Water: 3 tablespoons
- Corn syrup: 1.5 cups (based on paper cup, 300g)
- Ketchup: 5 tablespoons
- Gochujang: 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Minced garlic: 2 tablespoons
- Minced onion: 40g
- Mixed nuts: to taste
Recipe 🍳
- Remove moisture from the tofu with a kitchen towel, then cut into bite-sized squares.
- Add plenty of oil to a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
- Set aside the fried tofu.
- Add the following ingredients to the frying pan and stir well over low heat to make the sauce without burning.
- The taste is about 95% similar to Pelicana seasoned chicken sauce.
- Water: 3 tablespoons
- Corn syrup: 1.5 cups (based on paper cup, 300g)
- Ketchup: 5 tablespoons
- Gochujang: 3 tablespoons
- Remove moisture from the tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces, and pan-fry until golden brown in oil.
- In a pan, make the sauce by simmering corn syrup, ketchup, gochujang, and other ingredients.
- Add the pan-fried tofu to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
