- Cooking oil: 4 tablespoons
- Green onion
- Chili powder: 3 tablespoons
- Soup soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 1L
- Sarigomtang ramen: 2 packs
- Beef
- Mushrooms
- Eggs: 2
Recipe 🍳
- In a frying pan, add the following ingredients and stir-fry. 1) 4 tablespoons cooking oil 2) Green onion 3) 3 tablespoons chili powder 4) 1 tablespoon soup soy sauce.
- When the green onion becomes soft, add 1L of water and boil.
- When the water boils, add the following ingredients and boil. 1) 2 Sarigomtang powder packets 2) 2 Sarigomtang flakes packets 3) 2 Sarigomtang noodle packs 1) Beef 2) Mushrooms.
- Beat 2 eggs, add them, and boil to finish.
- In a pan with oil, stir-fry scallions, gochugaru, and soup soy sauce until the scallions are soft.
- Add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles (Sari Gomtang flavor), beef, mushrooms, and the included seasoning powder and flakes. Simmer.
- Finally, add beaten egg and let it cook for a moment. The super simple scallion yukgaejang is ready.
