Ingredients needed 🛒4 servings

  • LA Galbi: 3kg
  • Rice wine: 1 cup (180ml by paper cup)
  • Radish: 120g
  • Onion: 1/2 (130g)
  • Apple: 1 (200g)
  • Pineapple: 120g
  • Cheongyang chili peppers: 4
  • Ginger: 1 piece (15g)
  • Water: 1 cup (180ml by paper cup)
  • Soy sauce: 1 cup (180ml by paper cup)
  • Rice wine: 1 cup (180ml by paper cup)
  • Plum extract: 1/2 cup (90ml by paper cup)
  • Red pepper flakes: 1/2 cup (50g by paper cup)
  • Minced garlic: 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions: 2 stalks

Recipe 🍳

  1. Soak 3kg of LA galbi, washed thoroughly in cold water, with 1 cup (180ml by paper cup) of rice wine for one hour to remove blood.
  2. Combine all the ingredients below in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. 120g radish
  4. 1/2 onion (130g)
  5. 1 apple (200g)
  6. 120g pineapple
  7. 4 Cheongyang chili peppers
  8. 1 piece (15g) ginger
  9. 1 cup (180ml by paper cup) water
  10. In a large bowl, place the contents from step '2' into a cheesecloth and squeeze tightly. Then, add all the ingredients below to make the marinade.
