  • For those who love spreads with sweet-salty and spicy appeal

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • Cream cheese (appropriate amount)
  • Carbonated water (a little)
  • Bacon
  • Green onion
  • Salt (a little)
  • Pepper (a little)

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place firm cream cheese in a wide bowl and begin to soften it with a whisk.
  2. Add carbonated water little by little while mixing to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy and all moisture evaporates, then chop finely. Also chop the green onion into similar small pieces.
  4. Add the chopped bacon, chopped green onion, salt, and pepper to the softened cream cheese base, and mix evenly to finish.
  1. Gradually add carbonated water to the cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
  2. Finely chop crispy bacon and raw green onion and set aside.
  3. Add the prepared ingredients, salt, and pepper to the cream cheese base and mix.

Cooking tips 💡

  • Adding a small amount of carbonated water when softening the cream cheese makes it much more spreadable and enhances the flavor.
  • Cook the bacon until fully crispy so that the fat renders out and it maintains a good texture in the cream cheese.
