Recipe

Bring 2L of water to a boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and cook the spaghetti for 7 minutes. Drain and toss with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Cut the bacon into 2cm pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Heat a pan over low heat, add the bacon without any oil, and gently render the fat until it is released.
Once the bacon fat is rendered, add the sliced onion and sauté until golden and translucent to develop the flavor.
Pour 240ml of unsweetened whipping cream, 240ml of milk, and 1 teaspoon of chicken stock into the pan. Turn the heat to high and bring to a rapid boil.
When the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened, add the prepared spaghetti and toss well to combine.
Once the pasta and sauce are well incorporated, transfer to a plate and finish with a sprinkle of black pepper or parsley powder.

Cook the spaghetti for 7 minutes, toss with cooking oil, and prepare the bacon and onion.
Render the bacon fat over low heat and sauté with the onion until golden.
Add the whipping cream, milk, chicken stock, and spaghetti, then quickly reduce to finish.
