Striker Chef's No-Oven Oreo Cream Cheese Cake

- Oreo cookies 2~3 packs
- Heavy cream 250g
- Cream cheese 200g
- Sugar 30g
Recipe 🍳
- Split the Oreo cookies in half and cleanly separate the cookie from the white cream filling.
- Add the separated Oreo white cream and 30g of sugar to the cream cheese that has been softened at room temperature, and mix well until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip 250g of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture, folding gently to create the cake cream.
- Line the bottom of a prepared container or mold with Oreo cookies, then spread an even layer of the cream on top.
- Layer the cookies and cream alternately, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set the cream and finish.
- Separate the Oreo cookies and cream.
- Mix the Oreo cream and sugar into the softened cream cheese.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff.
- Combine the cream cheese and whipped cream to make the cake cream.
- Layer Oreo cookies and cream alternately in the mold.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set and finish.

- Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator beforehand to bring it to room temperature so it blends smoothly with the heavy cream without lumps.
