  • Water: 5 spoons
  • Corn syrup: 3 spoons
  • Ketchup: 1 spoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 spoon
  • Soy sauce: 1 spoon
  • Gochujang: 1 spoon
  • Bburinkle powder

Recipe 🍳

  1. Soak the rice cakes in warm water.
  2. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and the rice paper in half.
  3. Wrap the rice cakes and sausages with the moistened rice paper and skewer them.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and fry until the surfaces are crispy.
  5. Make the sauce by adding the following ingredients: 1) 5 spoons water 2) 3 spoons corn syrup 3) 1 spoon ketchup 4) 1 spoon minced garlic 5) 1 spoon soy sauce 6) 1 spoon gochujang.
  6. Evenly coat the fried so-tteok so-tteok with the sauce to finish.
