Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut the onion, cabbage, zucchini, and pork into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Place the prepared onion, potato, cabbage, zucchini, and pork into the rice cooker inner pot.
  4. Add cooking oil, chunjang, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the inner pot in appropriate amounts.
  5. Place the inner pot in the rice cooker, press the regular cook button, and wait until cooking is complete.
  6. When cooking is done, gently mix everything well so the chunjang and ingredients are evenly distributed, then serve over rice or noodles.
  1. Cut the vegetables and pork, making sure to cut the potato very small.
  2. Put all prepared ingredients, chunjang, cooking oil, and other seasonings into the rice cooker inner pot.
  3. Press the regular cook button, wait, then mix well after cooking is finished.

Cooking tips 💡

  • If the potato pieces are too large, they may not cook fully through during the cooking time, so it's important to dice them very small.
  • There's no need to add any water—the vegetables release enough moisture during cooking, so you can safely cook without worry.
