  • Coarse Salt: 0.5 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 15
  • Anchovy Broth: 550ml
  • Soy Sauce: 90ml
  • Mirin: 70ml
  • Sugar: 30g
  • Korean Chili Peppers: 150g
  • Green Onion: 50g
  • Cheongyang Chili Pepper: 15g
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Sesame Oil

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place the following ingredients in the rice cooker and mix, then cover with a cheesecloth. Water: 300ml, Coarse Salt: 0.5 tablespoon.
  2. Add 15 eggs and steam for 90 minutes using the rice cooker's multi-purpose steaming function.
  3. After 90 minutes, peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  4. Combine the following ingredients in a pan and boil for 15 minutes. Anchovy Broth: 550ml, Soy Sauce: 90ml, Mirin: 70ml, Sugar: 30g, Korean Chili Peppers: 150g.
  5. Arrange the eggs in a bowl and pour the soy sauce mixture over them. This is the braised egg soy sauce.
  6. Place the eggs on top, then sprinkle with the following ingredients to complete! Braised eggs, Green Onion: 50g, Cheongyang Chili Pepper: 15g, Soy Sauce mixture, Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil.
