Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • Low-salt pollack roe: 150g
  • Cheongyang chili peppers: 2 spoonfuls
  • Green onions: 2 spoonfuls
  • Minced garlic: 1 spoonful
  • Gochugaru (chili powder): 1 spoonful
  • Sesame seeds: 1 spoonful
  • Sesame oil: 4 spoonfuls
  • Pork for suyuk (boiled pork)
  • Radish: 300g
  • Cucumber: 250g
  • Onion: 150g
  • Oligodang (corn syrup): 180ml (1 cup based on paper cup)
  • Minari (water dropwort): 100g
  • Squid: 600g
  • Gochujang (red chili paste): 3 tbsp
  • Gochugaru (chili powder): 3 spoonfuls
  • 3x Vinegar: 6 spoonfuls
  • Sugar: 1 spoonful
  • MSG (flavor enhancer): 0.5 spoonful
  • Sesame seeds: 3 spoonfuls
  • Sesame oil: 3 spoonfuls

Recipe 🍳

  1. Mix the following ingredients to make the seasoning, then add it to bite-sized pieces of low-salt pollack roe and mix. 150g low-salt pollack roe, 2 spoonfuls cheongyang chili peppers, 2 spoonfuls green onions, 1 spoonful minced garlic, 1 spoonful gochugaru, 1 spoonful sesame seeds, 4 spoonfuls sesame oil.
  2. Place the pork for suyuk in a steamer and steam for 40 minutes. Pork.
  3. Add 180ml (1 cup based on paper cup) of oligodang to the following ingredients and marinate for 1 hour. 300g radish, 250g cucumber, 150g onion, 180ml oligodang (1 cup based on paper cup).
  4. After one hour, drain the vegetables.
  5. Add the following ingredients to the drained vegetables and mix well to complete! 100g minari, 600g boiled squid * Blanch squid in water with soju for 1 minute. 3 tbsp gochujang, 3 spoonfuls gochugaru, 6 spoonfuls 3x vinegar, 1 spoonful sugar, 0.5 spoonful MSG, 3 spoonfuls sesame seeds, 3 spoonfuls sesame oil. Green onions, cheongyang chili peppers, sesame seeds.
  1. Mix low-salt pollock roe with cheongyang chili, green onions, garlic, chili powder, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to make a seasoning.
  2. Steam the pork belly for 40 minutes in a steamer. Marinate radish, cucumber, and onion in oligosaccharide syrup, then drain excess liquid.
  3. Toss the drained vegetables with water parsley, boiled squid, gochujang, chili powder, vinegar, sugar, MSG, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
